MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

◇	横梁为一体铸造成型，结构设计采用高刚性箱型结构体，外型为桥梁式拱形设计，能有效支撑垂直重力与横向抗力，并在切削发挥最佳刚性。
	The beamis cast as one, the structure design adopts high rigidity box structure.the shapeis bridge arch design, can effectively supportverticalgravity and transverse resistance, and play the best rigidity in cutting.
◇	主轴中心与Z轴滑轨最小距高设计，缩短切削力臂，大幅度提升切削刚性。
	The minimum distance between the main shaft center and the Z-axis slide railis designed to
	shorten the cutting force arm and greatlyimprove the cutting rigidity.
◇	Z轴配置两组高压空气缸配重，可同步平衡机头重量。
	Zaxis is equipped with two groups of high pressure air cylindercounterweight, which canbalance the nose weight synchronously.
